Located in the heart of Higashi-Nakano, Ueshima Coffee House offers a delightful escape for coffee lovers and relaxation seekers alike. This charming cafe sits on the first floor of the Unison Mall East Nakano, providing a cozy atmosphere that invites patrons to enjoy every moment spent there.

As you step inside, you are greeted by the rich, inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. The interior, though part of a well-known chain, exudes a warmth that feels truly welcoming. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space, while the subtle jazz music playing in the background enhances the tranquil environment, ensuring it's an ideal spot for quiet contemplation or engaging conversations.

One of the standout features of Ueshima Coffee House is its incredible selection of drinks. Customers rave about the coffee's remarkable creaminess, making each sip a luxurious treat. As Khaoula Ben Hamida praises, it’s “really yummy coffee” that stands out among the crowd. Seasonal beverages are a hit too, often unavailable at other locations, offering an exciting rotating selection for those looking to try something new.

The ambience complements a diverse crowd—whether you're seeking a peaceful nook to read a book, as Xander Ichiban found, or a space for productive dialogue, as noted by Ari Monta. The cafe strikes a perfect balance, accommodating both solitary visitors and lively groups without feeling overwhelming. Customers appreciate the free Wi-Fi, making it a fantastic option for students and professionals alike looking for a change of scenery.

While some reviews indicate that the decor may not be as upscale as other Ueshima locations, the ambiance and service compensate magnificently. Daria P emphasizes this by noting the consistent quality of service and the attentive staff, who are always eager to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

In sum, Ueshima Coffee House in Higashi-Nakano holds a special charm that captures the heart of its visitors. Whether you’re in for a quick caffeine fix, a relaxing afternoon, or a productive work session, this cozy café provides just the right touch of comfort and quality to satisfy your coffee cravings. Make it your next stop in Tokyo and indulge in a unique coffee experience that goes beyond the ordinary!

Needed a place to sit a relax for a bit. There is music, but it is quiet and calming. There is FREE WIFI. This is a great place to come and read a book; which is what I'm doing :)

Really yummy coffee! It was surprisingly creamy, which I loved! I also liked the cafe’s atmosphere, so this goes to my favorite chilling spots list for sure.

It is a chain coffee shop. The interior and ambiance are not as nice as their Azabujuban or Aoyama locations, but still quite nice. The service is good, and they offer seasonal drinks that are often sold out elsewhere. That being said, some drinks taste better than others, and for the price, you would expect more consistency.

This is almost the perfect coffee shop as far as I am concerned. It is both suited to come alone and focus on work/study, and for talking with friends or professional meetings. Perhaps because of the jazz music being set at very low volume, and because of the interior's acoustics, the shop is never very loud despite many groups engaging in conversations. Visually, with the large windows, subdued indirect lightning, and wooden and frosted glass separations, there is both a feeling of openness and intimacy. The food and coffee is slightly more expensive than at competitor chains, but also quite a lot tastier. The employees are notably polite and friendly. The only points of improvement are that the AC is sometimes freezing if you sit right under it, and the lack of decaffeinated black coffee on the menu.
